Since 2014 the All-Star Orchestra has partnered with the Khan Academy, the world’s leading free educational website that attracts more than 25 million monthly users on average. This unique collaboration brings music education to the widely visited website that teaches math, science, economics, humanities and many other subjects. To date, All-Star Orchestra lessons and features on the Khan Academy website have garnered over 6 million unique page views.

The Khan Academy offers practice exercises, instructional videos, and a personalized learning dashboard that empower learners to study at their own pace in and outside of the classroom. Subjects include math, science, computer programming, history, art history, economics, and more. The math missions guide learners from kindergarten to calculus using state-of-the-art, adaptive technology that identifies strengths and learning gaps. The Khan Academy has also partnered with institutions like NASA, The Museum of Modern Art, The California Academy of Sciences, and MIT to offer specialized content.

American Public Television (APT) has been a leading distributor of high-quality, top-rated programming to the nation’s public television stations since 1961.
